Reviews for Starbucks - Roma Castel Romano
Review highlights
Based on 1,529 reviewsStarbucks at Roma Castel Romano Designer Outlet is generally appreciated for its clean and welcoming atmosphere, with a range of seating options suitable for visitors seeking a comfortable break. Customers consistently highlight the polite and friendly staff, who often accommodate personalized orders with patience and good communication skills, including English proficiency that benefits tourists. The menu offers a diverse selection of beverages and fresh pastries, with food quality frequently praised. However, some feedback points to occasional slower service and drink preparation times, possibly linked to the location’s relative novelty. The pricing is regarded as reasonable given the international context, and the unique Rome-themed merchandise available adds a distinct local appeal. Overall, the outlet is seen as a pleasant and reliable spot for both locals and visitors, balancing the typical Starbucks experience with regional touches and attentive service.
mediocre place which is just like your local starbucks. the prices were actually reasonable (due to the international inflation). the staffs were polite and spoke decent english which is a +. overall a nice place (what i personally liked was the merch they have displayed) !
I love how the staffs were very gentle with me. They were with smiley faces when i was adding my customization without being rude which is the key factor. The sweets are amazing and the quality of the food is always amazing. They maintained the ambience very clean Everytime. Even though it's crowded a lot worth the money wait and taste.
One of the best Starbucks I've seen these last years. They don't use crap paper cups.
The place is very nice and has quite a few seats. In addition, the place offers a very wide variety of soft pastries and the like and, among other things, offers coffee, cold drinks, natural juices and many other things. It is highly recommended to come in and try it. [tourists] If you are a tourist, you don't have to worry about not being able to communicate with the employees, part of the fact that it is an international network is that the employees speak English fluently and excellently, which means that you will not have any communication problems.
First Starbucks in Rome. A welcome addition to the metro area and long overdue. Quality and speed of drinks are lacking compared to other locations, probably due to growing pains as they are starting up. Prepare to wait for your drink longer than usual for average Starbucks expectations. Best Starbucks locations are in Italy are still in Milano. However, the Rome specific merchandise here is great and a treasure.
Very nice staff, really tried to help me with my order and very friendly
